Investors Developers & Associates (IDA) was founded in 2004. The name Investors Developers & Associates (IDA) is a tribute in memory to my dearest mother Ida who taught me not only the values of integrity, honesty, and independence, but also money management. She would often say, “It’s not how much you earn but how you manage what you earn.” At a very young age growing up in Dallas, Texas one of my mother’s many stories that stuck with me; was while working as a housekeeper while cleaning would often times see money and jewelry underneath beds, on floor, dressers, etc. She would say “I cleaned the area and put items back where I found them”.
